Im already on paxil CR for my panic disorder which I plan on getting off but I was wondering what alternative med can I do or take for depression?

Says to take only 2 a day but i have researched on the internet and it says up to 1,200 mg...so I am playing around with it...It is a natural molucle which EVERY LIVING THING has this...Check it out I love it!!! From what I have read you do need to be off the anti-depressants so it can start to heal you... PollyAnn 06-12-2006, 09:09 AM Check with the doctor before starting SamE if you are currently on Paxil. The two can be a dangerous mix together. Vitamin D has been used at higher doses to treat 'seasonal depression' and is now widely used for general depression. I know several people on this theory and it has worked wonders. I tried it and it put me thru the roof and I was on Paxil at the time.
