I started having an occasional pain over and to the side of my rt. eye yesterday a.m. I have had sinus problems in the past, but I know this is different. I was scared it could be an aneurysm, but after reading up on that, I really don't think that's it.

It's not constant, thankfully, but just comes on me for about two or three seconds, then goes away. I am wondering if a nerve or muscle spasm could do that? Yesterday, it was mostly in the a.m., then left me alone all day and night until I woke up this a.m. I'm just thankful it didn't interrupt my sleep.
