I've been feeling so anxious lately with the stress of school and I feel like i am trapped inside myself. Everyone says "I am so stressed out!", the thing is I feel calm and not anxious at all. But my "signs" are telling me im stressed out and anxious. These are tapping my foot, restless sleep, paranoia, feeling down, feeling out of it. I'm also, lately, been feeling really just ok. Not happy. Its like ive been getting by each day. But each day is so long and tiresome. I feel like venting but i have nothing to vent about. I probably am making NO sense but If you could say something, anything, i would be greatful.

Thanks. You guys are my angels

I have a 21 year old daughter that is in school full time and works as well. Sometimes she just needs to decompress. So she comes home, and just cries....vents, and cries some more. I think she just needs to know that she can still be vulnerable in a safe place.
Can you find a place to do that? It's hard to dive into reality head on...just know that its OK to feel overwhelmed... it doesnt mean you are weak...just means you are human.
