View Full Version : Recurring boil-lish thing

I"ve been having this boil-ish thing on my lower lip for about a year or so now. Its basically like a small "pimple" thats filled with clear liquid, that comes ever few weeks then goes off on the same day, at the same spot. It generally goes away because it bursts. Its not bloody and is painless.

Now, the reason I posted this in the cancer forum is because when its not "inflated", so to speak, if I press my tongue against the are I can feel a small lump-ish thing....I'm not sure if its because of the small scar the "boil" leaves (its barely visible, sorta like a pimple scar aka a "crater"), or whether it could be caused by some growth in my lip.

Its a tiny little thing, about 2mm in diameter. I'm not overly sure if the "boil" grew over the past year whenever it "flares up, maybe a very little bit since the skin expands and bursts. The lump I feel when its not there hasn't grown at all I believe.

What do u guys think it is? Even if its not cancer or some tumor, you guys think you could point me to the case?

Thanks
(note: I can be rather paranoid, so please make things not sound too serious even if it is ><)
