i have had an eating disoreder and for a long while have not ate properly but now i am exercising my fear of putting on weight is decreasing i have improved my eating making sure i eat well if i am exercising something different than b4 i am slightly overweight but now choosing a saf way of loosing weight by eating and exercise seeing if i t will work
now hat i am eating better i want to know what foods to eat to help me lose weight but to also help me exercise effectivly
i am walking the required 10,000 steps a day 45 mins in gym 3-4 times a week 3 1 hr exercise classes and swimming 1 a week plus cycle for total of about 2/1/2 hours week and some work in stables
i am eating more fruit and having carbs such as wholemeal bread and acket potatoes and drinking more
but does any1 know what will help
is eating better had b4 or after i have learnt b4 is good for giving u the energy and after to replenshish but when and what should i eat i am more open to trying different eating approaches but this concept of eating healthy and exercising is still new and dont know what i should have or how much cal i havernt yet counted my daily intake cos of fear of becomming to calorie obbsessed again but will do
