I've been having repeated UTI's for the past 2 months. I'm miserable. I haven't had a period since February and I'm wondering if this "change" has something to do with the UTI's.

HI,
I have read that UTI's can be a symptom of peri. The urethra can become irritated easily because the lining is getting thinner just like the vaginal walls. I feel like I have a UTI, but I don't. I have to pee all the time, when I'm done I could go again. I tried drinking more water, just made the feeling worse. I have alot of lower abdominal pressure too at certain times of the day. Some women drink cranberry juice to help, some say anything that is acidy will hurt. I wish I knew the answer. This feeling is very uncomfortable. Take care, Ann
