I have been walking 4 miles a day 7 days a week. I have seen amazing results. People say you have to run to get results...not true. As long as u keep your metabolism up, the weight will just fall off. I have lost 4 lbs in 4 days. That's including 200 crunches and 400 reps on a thigh master. Hopefully I will be 115 ibs by July 4th. Right now I am 136 lbs.

That is a very unrealistic goal. Some of the initial weight loss may be water weight, as the body is only able to burn off 2 to 3 pounds of fat a week, maximum. If you're losing more weight than that, it is water weight or muscle loss. You're right, you don't have to run, but it absolutely burns more calories and gets your heart rate into a zone more conducive for fat burning. It's excellent to start getting active, but don't be afraid to increase intensity. You'll probably see a plateau very soon, and you'll have to make some changes if you want to see continued weight loss.
You are right about walking. Our bodies were made for moving so any physical activity is good and the more the better. I know many women who lost lots of weight by just walking (a lot) and eating right. 4 pounds in 4 days is probably mostly water but it's a good start. keep up the good work and you will be much closer to your goal weight by July.
