I have not been able to find the post where someone suggested this, wanted to thank them. Yes it is nice! You can find these bottles at drug store chains in the cosmetic section. I bought one, filled it with distilled water, set the nozzle to a mist, set it back about 10 inches then sprayed at each eye. Very nice, soothing. I keep the bottle in the refrigerator now, the cool water brings added comfort. Pretty simple, huh? ;)
