I am awakened between 5 am and 7 am several mornings a week with what I suspect are spasms in my esophogus. I real fast beating action in my chest which is sometimes calmed down with deep breaths. Not really an issue at other times of the day. Do other folks have spasms that show up at regular times?

Any suggestions for treatment?
