Hi, ive been feeling pretty bad for a couple of years now, i used to be fit and full of energy, but past couple of years i started suffering from palpitations (constant resting tachy, PVC's and others) and muscle weakness and exhaustion, (note: the palps completely gave me huge health anxiety, i was always a anxious kid but this was something else), after years of whinging i finally got a visit to a cardiologist, we talked a bit and he did an ekg, found RBBB but said it was ok, then decided to do an echo and a chest x-ray due to me having pretty much a marfan fitting body, all those funny finger tests i can do, tall, ridiculously thin, floppy everything xD. During the echo there was a guy doing the actual job and the cardio overseeing it, the 'nurse?' commented that one of the walls was slightly buckled? but the cardio replied 'probably just because its close to the chest wall', and told me also that one of my valves was long and a bit floppy but working ok...
At the end he said OK thats fine, and he didnt seem to want me to see him again to round anything off.

That all sat well for a while but, as usual as soon as i get some palpitations that arnt the norm skip or whatnott i completely freak out again and start questioning things, now i actually looked at marfans diagnosis stuff on web (probably bad idea) the comments they made came back into my head like 'probably because...' and the 'long and floppy valve'. Seeing as he did mention marfans after looking at me, am i to assume that he checked the important things that would point to this? he did do some thing where he went down from my neck with the echo, i read lots of horror stories about aneurysms in abdomen etc and it freaks me out, my abdomen pulsates pretty much as visible as the left side of my chest :/.

Well the pulsation is mainly under my left rib, it feels as if it isnt just an artery, its like a fairly large section where i can feel it strongly, i am thin... and i do get REALLY bloated IBS etc, so i take that into account, i feel like it might just be the aorta? like right up against my stomach or colon whatever.

Also, I read that 'benign' fainting was usually when your heart slows DOWN too much and BP drops, but when ive fainted in the past prolly 5-6 times over my life, its always been when i have a super hard fast rate, like 190-200 or something, an example is, in science class when i was hmm, 13-14 or around that age, we watched a video of surgery, as soon as it came on i was really shocked and i got this REALLY fast strong rythem like i described and i told someone i fainted after a min or two, i was really white and clammy in the end. But should my heart rate of slowed not speeded up?
