I plan on getting a fitness ball and a DVD to help me tone up and start to get back my body. I have read reviews on Fat To Firm - Fitness Ball Workout For Dummies and they were all good. I have Pilates for Dummies and while I don't really like pilates, I did think that it was good because it showed you how to do all the moves instead of assuming you already knew what you were doing. My question is, is this a good DVD? Will I be able to actually see a difference if I do this 5-6 times a week? Thanx!
