It shouldn't. If you are taking medications for it, it may? But talk to your doctor or the pharmacist-they will be able to tell you if the med's will affect your b.c. But IBS alone won't affect it.

no i used to use colfac but i had severe side affects.so i am on nothing for it now. even with diarroria(sorry for the terriable spelling) is the birth control still ok?
also, any one else have bad side effect to colfac?
