i am at a conflict i hsve started working out at the gym going to intense classs cycle, walk and swim and it is amking me feel so much better i am wanting to exercise i have also struggled with eating ut this is helping now i am exercising i am also falling back on the fact i can burn off what i am having but i am trying to eat better but i am getting hooked on it is this normall to want to do more exerciing if u remove my eating disorder am what i am doing is norm i am eating healthy and resrinf between fitness does any1 see this as ungealthy or does others get this buzz i am not sure if this is norm which is what i want to be able to eat and exercise and weihjt loss but i am noy sure if i am going too far
