i posted last week about my stomach problems it turned out i have more than what i thought.i have ulcers in my stomach duodenum and i have an errosive esophogus and a hiatal hernia.i was in intensive care for 2 days and in the hospital for a total of6 days.the drs put me on protonix 40mg twice a day and he had to open my esophogus back up.has any taken protonix and had good results from it.also where can you get digestive enzimes.the drs said the cells where actually one step from turning into cancer.has anyone had these problems.

There are prescription digestive enzymes like Pancrease and Pancrease MT that come in different strengths. If you have insurance you could ask your doctor to prescribe these and save allot of money. Plus you’ll know what your getting is the real thing and the dosage will be right for you.

I took 40mg 1x/day protonix for two weeks. It did not stop my early morning acid burn. I wonder if it was the reason I was experiencing irregular heart rhythms. I am also on Vivelle Dot HRT which may not be a good combination with the Protonix. Any ideas on this?

the protonix im taking doesnt stop my heartburn eighther i have to take malox for that and i take bloodpressure and cholesterol meds.protonix makes me feel like crap.so im not sure of all of its side effects yet my self .but i have noticed it does make your heart race a little.i just hope it heals my ulcers.
