I recently had my mom get some frozen yogurt cause i am coming to belive i am really lactose intolerant now..i was al ittle when i was young but now am getting to be a little more aparant. Anywho, so when i got the frozen yogurt, i read the ingrediants and i was really alarmed b/c it has ALOT of milk in various forms. does the yogurt bacteria really do enough to keep this from bothering a lactose intolerant person? i really like ice cream and have found ith ard to give it up so i thought this was a good alternative. plz let me know!

Hey, not sure where you are from but i live in NYC and there is a frozen yougart called Tasty Delight that they have here. It is lactose free. There is also a national brand called toufuti. Check it out

Also, if you want to continue to eat dairy without the problems then take some lactaid beforehand. That's what I use and I put it in all my milk too, as I can't be doing with Soya milk and still like drinking tea, but can't stand that without milk either.
