I am writing this for my sister and my nephew, she has a 4 month old that is having a lot of trouble teething. We would like to know if anyone has ever used teething tabs, my sister said she has heard of them, but doesn't know anything about them. We just need an opinion of someone who has used them, so they can tell us what they do and how they work, what to expect etc etc... We also wanted to know about any herbs or other natural remedies, actually any remedies natural or not. Maybe some herbal tea or something that will help the process go a little easier. Really we just need any help or tips to make teething a little easier. Thanks.

I have only used the teething tabs twice but from what I understand the tabs are to relax the baby enough to sleep when they are being kept awake from the teething. I used them the other night when my son could not fall asleep, I figured it was cause of his teeth and gave him 2 tabs. it took about 20 minutes but he finally fell asleep after fussing for so long... Good luck!

Thanks for the reply, I will let my sister know about those tabs. If anyone else has used them and has any information they could share, or any other tips on how to deal with teething I would really appreciate it. I have heard of herbal tea, baby anbesol, and all kinds of different methods. Any info and advice would be greatly appreciated.

I used them and they worked pretty good. Its an all natural way to relieve the discomforts. The reasons babies fall asleep, just as with tylenol is because it makes them feel so comfortable. I've used everything under the sun when ds cut 4 teeth at once 2 weeks ago. It took a combination of things to relieve the pain.
