Hey All,
I am currently 5'10" and weigh about 270lbs, so know that I really need to lose some weight and get in better shape. I am taking a walking class through school, and will be walking about 3-4 miles per day for 4 days a week (and hopefully more walking on my off days). I bought some weights and an exercise ball, but wanted to know if anyone had suggestions (or website I can go to?) for different weight lifting I can do on each day for different parts of the body; such as legs on Tuesday, Arms on Thursday, Chest/Back on Saturday.
I am also working on my diet because I know that weight training or cardio will have little or no effect unless you are eating right. Does anyone have suggestions for specific drinks that have a lot of protein, such as protein shakes or something similar? Thanks for your help.
