View Full Version : Drainage from ears

I had dozens of ear infections as a child. I had tubes put in twice. They said my ear canals are half the size they should be. They are now scarred because of the numerous infections. I don't have infections anymore but for as long as I can remember I always have drainage coming from my ears. Just randomly throughout the day I can feel moisture in my ears. I don't know what it is. But it's irritating enough I will get a Qtip to absorb it. Does anyone have any clue as too what it could be or why its doing it?

There's no pain? What does the drainage look like? What does it smell like? Whenver I get an ear infection, I have some drainage...but you say you don't have an infection. So, I don't know...
