Hello everyone

It has been a long time since i have posted and i was wondering if someone might be able to help me with my problem or have any thoughts as to what might be going on with me.

For the past 6 months i have been getting a horse voice it will come on just out of no where and might last for a few days then go away. This happens at least once a month. My throat does not hurt or i do not cough anything up.Sometimes i will get a dry cough but other then that not much else,I did go for a cat scan of my lungs last aug as they had found a small nodule and i was told it was very small and to have it checked out again in 6 months of which i did.and was told it is so small you can just about see it and was told to just keep having it check every 6 months.

The thing with this horse voice has really started to make me worry as no one seems to know just what is causing it.At times i do get a pain in my left shoulder blade area with it but not all the time.Should i be worry or is there somone else i should see about this or could this just be due to pollen or dust.I just am worry something more is going on and i am not sure just what to do.If anyone has any advice i would sure apperiate it.as i am truely at a lost as to just what to do

THANK YOU

Hi, I know this might sound a bit crazy but how is your posture? The reason I ask is that I recently did an Alexander Technique course, and the man who developed it (Mr Alexander!) did so because he was an actor and he kept getting a hoarse voice during performances. He worked on correcting his posture using the technique and was able to stop losing his voice so much.

Maybe it's worth looking into?

Good luck,

Vicky
