I see no one has responded to your post, so I will give it a try. Do you think you might have CFIDS? CFIDS is not just about being tired. There are a whole host of other symptoms as well and the fatigue is profound. The term that has been coined is "running on empty." Where do you live? There are docs that specialize in this and they can run certain tests to determine if you might fall within this illness. Feelilng light headed and having weak muscles are certainly symptoms of CFIDS. What about fatigue? You might do a search as there are many sources that list symptoms necessary to receive this diagnosis. Think about this and then come back and tell us a bit more about how you are feeling, etc. You are not alone.
