What is a good exercise to get rid of the saggy lower tummy? I had a c-section some time ago and just can't get rid of the tummy that seems to "sag" above the incision scar - I know - sounds disgusting. But, my son was WELL worth it ! ! ! It's a tough area. Beginning to wonder if it's just excess skin that can only be removed with cosmetic surgery?? Any suggestions?

Often, it is excess skin that either takes some time to tighten back up, or may be permanent with the exception of surgery. If it is fat, you can do cardiovascular exercise and eat clean to burn it off and do abdominal exercises a few times a week to tighten those muscles back up. That you describe it as "sagging" it sounds like stretched skin, so while diet and exercise may tighten up what's underneath, you may not see a visible difference. Wish I had better advice for you.

What you describe definitely sounds like loose, excess skin that got stretched out due to pregnanacy. If it hasn't shrunk back within few months after the birth then there is no way to get rid of it with just exercise or diet. Only plastic surgery (abdominoplasty) will help.
