I've been having a sore throat for at least 3 weeks now. It's been bugging me because it's only on one side, the right one, and it's not in my ear or my tonsil persay, I mostly feel it at night when I swallow.

And the clinic here where I live isn't open when I don't work so I'd have to take a day off maybe :/
So I tried taking a picture of the spot since I feel it's high enough for me to be able to see, and after many pictures in the last days I managed to get this one and I notice this odd lump in the very back of my throat, right in the middle of this picture. I wonder if this is normal or not... I can't say I see throat pictures up close often so I don't know...

One month passed now, still have pain, have a paper to see an ENT but I havent been able to get an appointment. My muscles around the aching spot are really tight and sore... I'm scared :(
