Exercise heavier and work more than just your arms. Biceps and triceps can only develop so far on their own. Including presses and flyes, rows and pullups, military presses and lateral raises will develop your whole upper body which will encourage your arms to grow. Believe it or not, even squats and deadlifts assist upper body development. You just need to have a more complete exercise program.

Since this is on the subject of arms i thought i would ask the question here. Is it okay to hear your joints crack while you're lifting in certain ways?

Kind of depends on the joint, how bad, how often, and if there is any pain. It sometimes signifies improper form or weak tendons/ligaments. When I was first starting out, doing lateral delt raises made my shoulders crackle like a bowling ball going over bubble wrap. After correcting my form and starting with slightly lighter weight and working up to heavier, I don't have that problem anymore. Always check form, first and foremost. If your form is good, you can try changing your grip or stance slightly, or lighten the weight and do slower reps until the joints catch up.
