my 10 week old dd just started sleeping 7 to 8 hours at night. I am wondering does actually sleeping through the night have any effect on milk supply? I am worried that I will have less milk during the day now that her nighttime feedings are ending ( OMG knock on wood. I shouldn't be saying that, LOL)

See my response in the tread called "For Those Who Pump...".
I didn't have a problem making less milk when DD slept thru the night. I pumped off the extra milk first thing in the morning and froze it. As long as your body knows the milk is going to be used, it will continue to make it.
