Hello!
I've been trying to get fit for ages now, but I haven't really had the chance to commit myself due to exams, revision etc. but now I have ten weeks off. I'm not overweight, I would just like more toned muscles, a flatter stomach and, above all, better stamina! My stamina is absolutely awful!
I was just wondering if anybody could suggest some kind of programme?
I have no time restrictions, virtually no commitments.
Also, I have discovered after simply attempting a headstand that my neck is extremely week. Any ways to improve this?
One last thing: is it a bad thing that I can barely do ten press-ups? I weight about 8 stone.

Thanks lots!

Try the Body for Life program. The book lays out a whole diet and exercise regimen that shows you How and Why things should be done. It's an excellent beginners' program and is a good starting point for a healthy life.
