My concern is that this tooth will not last my lifetime now because it is a large filling 80% of the tooth, the tooth next to it has a filling that may evetually need a crown I am assuming because it is a white filling and they don't last as long. Would you have the wisdom tooth pulled and just have the three molars is that ok to do will the teeth shift.... ....has anyone had this problem can a crown be made for a wisdom tooth? I am so upset that this even happened I fell like I will lose all my teeth.... depressed thanks for you input .... JenniferE 06-16-2006, 11:21 AM Don't have the wisdom tooth extracted until you absolutely need to. If the wisdom tooth filling happens to come out and/or the tooth breaks and not much is left of the tooth, then have it extracted. If the wisdom tooth gives you pain or abcesses, then have it pulled. Until then, just leave it be. LINDA5ONE4 06-16-2006, 11:33 AM Do you think they would put a crown on it? |
