Not sure if this is right forum for Male infertility. I am 32 Yrs, Male. I recently checked my sperm count and it is 0.1. Doctor suggested for hormone test to see the FSH value and the results shows its 15 (which should be below 8 normally). Doctor said it is 'testical failure" and I have no chance of having kids except if IVF.

What is testical failure ?. What are the causes. Any further tests to check the reasons for testical failure. Any treatment which helps me to have kids normally without IVF ?

Please Help.

Thanks in advance
Steven

Hi Steven, we are always happy to hear from a man, this site is definitely not just for women :)
I don't personally know anything about testical failure, but I wanted to recommend a site to you that should be able to offer some insight. Give WebMD a try. It has been my primary source of info throughout our difficulty TTC. Doctors are so busy these days, they often don't have time for all our questions. That website is full of excellent information. After reading it, you may have more questions for your doctor, but they will be informed questions, and you ought to have a better understanding of what you are facing. Best of luck to you - I hope you find your answers!
Holly~
