Any type of blockage near the anus can do this as the feces squeezes past the blockage it is formed into a flat shape. Hemmerhoids could do this, sometimes simple constipation can do this. tahb 06-19-2006, 12:57 PM Get a DRE (Digital Rectal Exam) done at minimum. This is just Doc inserting finger and probing (a painful and embarrassing exam). Check if sigmoidoscopoy, colonoscopy, CT Scan etc is required. |
