hi everyone...

I have been having weird symptoms for almost a year and still can't be diagnosed.
First episode was July '05 with high heartrate, palpitations, fatigue and orthostatic hypotension. I went through a full cardiac workup (normal); thyroid (normal except positive antibodies); rheumatology (normal); and kidney (normal). This episode lasted for about a month then gradually subsided. I was fine and felt normal for the next 3-4 months then started having muscle twitches, all over and random pains that would occur everywhere but last only for a few secs, strange buzzing or vibrating sensations all over and chills that felt like they were in my head . I went to a neuro who did brain MRI(one 4mm lesion) ;EMG (normal). He said "possible MS" but also maybe a virus??
Again, symptoms subsided although I continued to have small twitches everyday until now. About 2 weeks ago I awoke with a very bad low back pain that evolved into a full blown spasm and very stiff muscles at night and a need to constantly stretch to alleviate the discomfort. I'm also very tired- to the point that I need to nap everyday. This is SO not me.
2 days ago, I awoke with a feeling of heaviness in my right shoulder, it progressed to tremors that move to my hand.
I try not to be, but I'm scared. More so of the unknown than anything else. If anyone could offer any insight, please do. I'll be greatly appreciative.

Are they going to offer advice for the lesion? I have a trauma to the brain and have seizures like those sensations in your post. Try not to worry unless you have clear answers...that makes things worse.
