Hello

The whole tooth is now silver and it feels very low I was wondering if I could have a crown put on it instead I feel it would be better support and higher in my mouth to touch other teeth .......any thoughts ???

Thanks
This was done last week

A crown might be an option. Talk to your dentist. One of the reasons why the filling might feel low, is because the dentist intentionally placed it that way. If you bite too hard on a particular tooth, sometimes the dentist will take the tooth out of occlusion so there is not that much stress on the tooth and it reduces the chances of the tooth and/or filling cracking or breaking and causing more trauma to the tooth.
