Hello

I am new here and am looking for some advise.

I was diagnosed with PCOS when my son was a year old. When he was 5yrs I had a full hysto (incl. ovaries). I was lead to believe that was the end of it! Wrong - the hair growth is still there. moderate mood swings, lows/depressions, weight issues. OK I do feel better than I did but I was lead to believe it would all go away. I am currently on HRT inplants to regulate hormone levels - it does help a bit, but I know when they are low - I think my body eats them up too fast, they last about 4 months - my GP trys to tell me it should last a year! ANyone out there with similar story that can HELP!! BTW my son is now nearly 18.

Should I be taking Evening Primrose and B complex - or anything else?

Hope to hear from you.
