This is probably me way over reacting but I worked out lastnight on the treadmill (very new to this). I woke up with what felt like the strained muscle from hell in an area deep in (if you gave me a hug your left arm would on) my back.

I thought possible blood clot but it only hurts if I turn a certain way or if I swallow solid foods. When I would turn a certain way and breathed in deep it was hell. But if I sit or stand normally I feel no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Breathing is very normal, blood pressure is normal for me and my pulse is slighty elevated.

My day has been ruff and the pain and worry left me drained emotionally.

Does this even sound like a blood clot?

I feel pretty pain free but my body is like "time to get some sleep".

Hello.

This isn't a blood clot. What your experiencing is mucle strain and spasms from working out on the treadmill. I know how much it hurts hun. Have hot baths and apply runs for sore muscles to it. Your be fine in a few days to a week.
