I weighed myself a couple weeks ago and the scale said 153.. then I got up and weighed myself this morning and the scale said 164.5! My highest weight used to be 140.. well I definitely broke that record. I weigh myself at the same time each day so I know the scale has to be right... sadly. I haven't noticed my clothes getting any tighter or anything though! I'm a 16 year old girl and my height is about 5'4 ish the last time I was measured. What is a healthy weight range? I'm also on the anti-depressant Zoloft, has anyone else been able to lose weight easily while on it? I heard that if you are on any anti-depressants you will never lose weight because it slows everything down.. is that true? Well thanks everyone!!

I am 5'4" medium build and my weight range is 125-145 for a healthy weight. Sorry. If it is that time of the month it may be water weight or if you have been lifting weights some of the weight gain may be muscle mass. I have no clue about anti-depressants. Best of Luck to you.
