Can anyone describe what a swollen Lymph Node is just for the record, cause i am majorly confused on it :confused:

Well, they are glands that are swollen, usually due to an infection. The lymph glands help to filter out infections from the lympth system and can sometimes indicate the presence of some very worriesome diseases. Glands that stay swollen for very long certainly needs to be evaluated by a doctor.
