Hi- I'm new to this board, and it seems like you all have a lot of great ideas and are very encouraging.
Here's my story- I'll try and make it brief. I'm 5'3" and I now weigh 135#. I was on Weight watchers about 2-3 years ago and I lost about 15# (went down to 120#. My goal was 110#). Anyway, my DH and I have been trying to have a baby for the last 2 years, so about 6 months ago I've been on fertility meds and that caused me to gain some weight (10#). We're not going thru infertility treatments anymore, and I've heard that after stopping the meds the weight comes off pretty easily. Not in my case.
I still try to keep track of my Points (for those who are familiar with Weight Watchers), but my biggest downfalls are: snacking after dinner, and I have a big sweet tooth. I do exercise about 2 days a week (I run anywhere from 2-5 miles or I'll swim 30-50 laps). I eat healthy and low fat foods, and I don't think I eat a lot of it. My goal is still 110#, or to fit into a size 4 comfortably.
Can any of you figure out what I'm doing wrong? I'm 33 by the way. I hope my metabolism isn't slowing down already!

Hi Pinkie , I am new here too. I am interested in your weight watchers way of eating. If you want a diet buddy let me know, my email is REMOVED.
I am 159 lbs and want to get down to 125, I am almost 40 with three kids and people tell me I look younger than I am. Losing weight would make me feel better about myself on the inside and will make me healthier.
