Today was the 1st day I've taken the pill. Will it stop AF since I am taking a white pill? I was told to start them the 1st day of AF.. I have..just wondered if it would stop AF until I'm due to take the pink pills.
Another question. I'm not planning on pregnancy but if it happened and I was still taking the pills can they result in miscarriages or birth defects? I've had a m/c before I don't want to relive that! And I know no BCM is foolproof.

Well I'm on Alesse-28 and they told me to start the sunday after I got my period, even if I was on my period I had to start that sunday, so I'm not sure if it will stop your AF but I'm pretty sure it wont, it will regulate it but I don't think it will stop it, and as far as you being pregnant and taking the pill I have heard that the pill will cause mental defects to your baby, that's why they advise you to call your clinic as soon as you even think your pregnant, that way they'll give you a pregnancy test and tell you what to do from there. But I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage, but I hope I helped! :wave:
