Hello I have been looking for more information about being on the pill and taking "Sam-e" for depression. There doesn't seem to be anything that says it's ok and there doesn't seem to be anything that says that it isn't ok. I would like to try Sam-e but I want to make sure it's not going to mess with my BC Pills. Does anyone know or know where I can find this info online??
Thanks
Thanks

Herbal supplements are not regulated by the FDA, therefore no scientific studies are done on them to see what may or may not interact with the supplements. So in short, no, you probably won't be able to find this information because no such information exists. I always say better safe than sorry.
