Has anyone lost weight while taking birth control pills or HRT? If so, what has worked for you and how long was it before you saw results?

While on bcp and now compounded hormones I am able to lose weight by exercising almost everyday and limiting my carbs. In my before peri days I could miss a few meals and lose 5 pounds easily, but now exercise and reducing my carbs seems to be the way to shed the weight. Hopefully once my hormones settle down I will lose the weight easier. :)
