Hey, everyone. I guess I'll share the official news. I haven't told anyone (except my dentist cuz I had to cancel an appt.) other than this forum and another one.

I tested on Father's Day (one day early) cuz... well, it was Father's Day! DH deserved to know. It was ++. I tested again on Monday (6/19) just to be sure! LOL.

First beta on Monday was 88 and today (2 days later) it was 248!!!! They did a u/s blood flow which was good. estrogen and progesterone are good. So, she said keep taking the estrodiol and prometrium daily for another 4 weeks. RE said she is optimistic!! I am nervous as hell. I nearly had an anxiety attack in the waiting room, wondering if everything is going all right. I'm happy and I'm scared at the same time. I had a m/c 2 years ago so I am hesitant, but hopeful. I feel that this time is a winner. I'm doing everything I can to take care of myself.

I will keep you all posted cuz I still need the support! And want to keep supporting everyone else.

I am so happy for you!!! Congratulations on your BFP!!! I know what you mean about the anxiety...I am 61/2 weeks and still a nervous wreck. All you can do is take good care of yourself and that precious little one growing inside you.

I'll be sending you lots of baby dust and good luck for the next 8 weeks (well, the whole 9 months :))!!!

Thank you all for the 'congrats' and support. I'm feeling very good about this since my last RE appt. I LOVE her. I am so glad I went to a specialist who knows we're at higher risk for m/c. So the beta tests are important to me along with u/s. I mean, NO ONE did the blood flow u/s when I was spotting 2 yrs ago. NO ONE told me my betas. When I called the ob/gyn office 2 yrs ago, they scheduled me for '2 wks' from that day and gave me a script for PNVs and that's it. No one gave me a list of what not take, etc...

sorry to rant there. i've done ALL i can and will continue to do. we'll see what next week's beta brings, but if the RE was worried she would have told me to come in sooner than 1 week. !!!! Yippeee

Great! So happy for you. Did you do IVF or IUI...or was this natural? I can't remember your story. Congrats! Keep well!

Hi, CH! I did FSH injectibles, hcg triggers, and IUI (second round). I had 4 follicles so we'll see if there is more than one surviving in there! They were all on the RIGHT ovary, so when I got home after the IUI, I laid on my right side, hoping the swimmers went that way! LOL.

My RE said she is optimistic giving my numbers and all on Wednesday.

Congratulations! :wave: I know how great you are at responding to everyone's posts, which is so great. I guess you'll be visiting the Pregnancy board now- more often. Hopefully many (or all) of us will be there as well soon. I can't wait.
