Hi iam a new member...like to share with u
Last month i was given progestrone tabs.......and now
My Gyn gave me "siphere"...said to take for 5 days...and also tabs like
"LAA" and "ACILOC".........
and asked me to come again on 11th day for a scan....today is my 5th day of period...iam absolutely unfamiliar with these medical tests and all....a bit scared........anyone has faced this?

I haven't started any fertility treatments yet, so unfortunatley I can't offer you any advice there. What kind of tests are you scheduled for? I totally understand your fears ~ I think we all have that. Good luck getting some answers & welcome to the boards!

Welcome Yenki. This is a great board with a lot of information. So what is the name of the test you are to have on the 11th day? I can't help you with the tablets...I haven't heard of them.

Hi thank u for both of u Holly and cand.....The scan my gyn said....is to test the ovulation....if iam ovulating or not...i think i will have to go for the for 11,12,13,14,15 days....i have heard that ovulation is maximum on 14th day....
......dont know whats going to happen..
i was told that my ovaries r systic...but that is not serious and that the systs r very small
if anyone has any idea or ..going through similar process....hope willhelp me out

Hi Yenki,

Every cycle you have a 15-20% chance of concieving. After about 3-4 cycles of the same treatment your chances decrease. If you do IVF treatments depending on your age the percentages increase. My doctor told me that with IUIs it is about 20% and for my age IVF success rate is 50-60%. I hope that helps! Good luck!
