Hello I was wondering if anyone else has had this.


I have so much pressure in my back I cannot lay down on my back or front. I always have to be on my side. It feels liek someoen had hit my loswer back with a 2x 4. Some times when I bend down my back locks up and I can 't move and sometimes my legs lock up and I can't walk.

I was told it sounded like a pinch nerve but I don't know what that would be like.

Get yourself to a doctor.. you have something going on in there and if your pain level is interrupting your sleep, all the more reason to seek help.
