I have all sorts of stomach problems one after another, sometimes I am fine for days. I have has non stop gas for about 2 days now, and my bowels have been pure liquid. I also have with this loud abdominal sounds. Now, the gas doesn't really hurt but I feel it moving around in my belly and it is so loud! My bowels are liquid, and some of it even leaked out when i passed gas! I was SO surprised and scared that it came out like that! I am more afraid this may not be ibs...but chrones disease or maybe an abdominal tumor! Of course I always fear the worst and think I am dying of everything. But I am scared...what if this isn't ibs? Are these symptoms familiar to any of you?! I am always nervouse and worried about something. Plus I feel my tummy twitch sometimes when the air like stuff moves around in it.:dizzy:

I have had IBS a few years and that happens to me at times ... in fact, right now my tum is geeeeeeeerrrrrrrowling and just won't shut up!

One thing I also find is that, during times of severe anxiety, my bowels literally turn to water in no time at all! I think that this might be what you're experiencing, so maybe it might be a good idea to chat to your Dr about anxiety, but also go through your symptoms as it is a good idea to rule out other illnesses. I went thru all sorts of tests, and my gastroenterologist told me that IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion.
