Hello,

I have slipping rib syndrome and I'm looking for supplements that help to repair cartilage and ligaments. I see a lot of cartilage, but I need both. Does anybody know of anything? Please inform me, thank you!

glucosamine sulphate. it repairs and rebuilds both cartilage and connective tissue (ligaments in your case). collagen can also help with both of the above too.

Along with Ratboy's recommendations, I suggest hyaluronic acid and MSM. Also a few months of colostrum. Start slow with MSM, 1000mg a day, increasing each each week to 4 or 5000mg. Too much to start will make you hyper.
