Is it normal or not normal to experience a light white discharge while on the pill? Its not very creamy, but it dries hard and flaky. What is this????

I have that too. I've always just assumed it was normal and probably from birth control.

Yeah me too, however sometimes it changes and sometimes its very watery, sometimes its thicker.. and then it scares me because I start to think it's a yeast infection or something...
I'm seeing my doctor in 2 weeks... but for the time being, anyone know if this is normal??

Well i talked to my doctor, and she said that white discharge is totally normal on the bcp. Ok But what i want to know is, WHY? i hate that, its embarassing! and when im getting close to starting my period im always worried because i can feel that white stuff and it feels like i might have started, so i run to the bathroom, but no, its just that nasty white stuff! i hate it! :mad:

oh my gosh.. it's great to know that it's normal while on BCP... but... it just scares me... because I read that a symptom of pregnancy is an increase of vaginal fluid... and then I get scared and think.... KSDJKASDJ
