Does anyone know if you can get Omega 3 in liquid form? I have trouble swallowing tablets/capsules. I am in the UK.

YES. Actually, liquid form is better and quicker absorbed then pill form.
Carlson has a lemon flovered one thats excellent.

well the pills I take are just a capsule with liquid inside it - you can just bust open the capsule and drink the liquid

though it does taste of fish (suprisingly :p)

have you tried holland & barrett? i'm not sure if they have it in liquid form but they have most of supplements in different forms so i'm quite sure they would have omega 3 as well.

H & B dont do liquid. I need ones without anything citric in them too as I have acid reflux.
Thanks

I use Udo's Choice Oil Blend by Flora. I have to keep it in the fridge, so I don't think you can order in the mail.I use a tablespoon twice a day. It tastes so nasty that I have to mix it in my yogurt, but it works better than any others I've tried.

There is also Hemp oil. It has a nutty flavour similar to pinenuts or cashews and has the exact ratio of omega 3 and 6 that is good for health. Also contains a bit of the rare GLA. I buy hemp oil based salad dressings because I hate soy oil products. You can get hemp butter too. I haven't tried this spread yet.
