Today I have been feeling a slight cramp in my side. It is the same spot when I ovulate but it isn't very sharp it is kind of a dull achy pain. Two days ago I had a sharp pain while lying in bed but it only lasted a second. I had IUI last Sunday and haven't experienced this before. Has anyone else ever felt this before? Just wondering.

Hi Koukla
I have read in other posts about women getting cramps/pains after IUI, and I think it is a normal thing. Keep thinking about all those BFPs that are happening on the board & try to relax. You can always call your dr & see what they think - it might make you feel better. I have a good feeling that this might be your month :p I hope I am right!! I will be keeping you in my thoughts & prayers ;)

Hi Koukla
You have been in my thoughts & I just wanted you to know that I am pulling for you!!! I have a good feeling, and I just hope & pray that it is right. Please let me know how things are going when you have a chance. I'm hoping those pains you were having were not an early sign of AF & that you will get your BFP very soon. Take care! Sending TONS of sticky baby dust your way :D :D :D :D :D

Do you know how many DPO's you are?
How long is your cycle and what cycle day are you on?

I had my 4th IUI on 6/10, and never experianced cramping like I did this time. I was doubled over in pain, and crying it hurt so bad. The pain slightly subsided about 2 days later, and is still there, but not nearly as bad as that day. Turned out I was having slight OHSS. Almost feels like AF is coming, but in my case it didn't, and I am about 4 weeks now, so don't discount anything, and check with your RE, cause it might be a little hyper-stim. Lots of good wishes for a BFP!

I had IUI on June 18th and I wasn't doing superovulation just taking femara to induce ovulation. I started to spot on Tuesday...still feeling a slight twinge in my side every once in awhile but I don't think that I am PG b/c the spotting started to increase today a bit. Usually I spot for about 5 days and then the horrible AF arrives so I am expecting her on Saturday. This was my 2nd IUI and I think I am going to ask if we can jump to superovualting with IUI next month b/c our insurance is only good until August and we have 100% coverage and after that I don't know what our new insurance will cover.
My husband is a resident at the Cleveland Clinic. After 1 year fertility benefits start at 100% which is awesome it started June 20th however the rest of his residency is at a different hospital in town so we lose the benefits as of August 1st so I want to maximize this as much as possible but I am not sure that the dr's etc. will go for it. I called them today so we'll see!
Anyway, Baby dust to all of you and hopefully next month will be my month!
Krissi...congratulations again on being 4 weeks along:D :D ...how are you feeling?
