i had sex with a female about a week ago...now, and im not sure if im just paranoid or what, but i see a bunch of very small bumps, like flesh colored all over the shaft of my penis and on the sack as well, a few of them tend to look like pimples and i did get some white balls out of a few of them, but the others seem to just be very tiny bumps, they do not itch, arent red, and i do not have any other symptoms, i was wondering what this could be? i did not use a condom when i had sex with her so does this sound like herpes? because they are not in patches, they are like all over it, but im not sure if they were there before or not, maybe im just paranoid, but i have heard of sebascious premance or something like that, and i was wondering if this could just show up at any time? what does anyone think?

At first I thought genital warts, but if there is white stuff coming out of them it sounds more just like little pimples that are completely harmless.
You really should make an appointment with your doctor though, as its impossible to tell without seeing it.

they almost look like goosebumps, if i wouldnt know better that's what i would think it was, like they arent in patches at all, and only a few can be popped to get a little tiny white ball out of, im almost 100% sure that it's not herpes tho

if you need more description, they somewhat look like goosebumps to be honest, it's kinda weird, i dont want to go to the doctors b/c i dont want my parents finding out so i dont know what to do?

if you noticed a change, it may be something. If you're just paranoid and have become hyper-aware of the sebacious glands every male has in his skin, well, then don't lose any sleep over it. The only way to know for sure is to go get checked by a doctor. I suggest Planned Parenthood, they are VERY discreet.

I also suggest you read thru some of the posts on this site, post by people who think they have HSV2 (which 1 out of 4 people have and never goes away) or HPV, or chlamydia or gonnorhea or syphillis or a whole host of other weird *** diseases and ask yourself is it really worth it not to wear a condom? I know, condoms suck, right? Actually, check out the condom Durex makes called Avanti... it's not bad.
