Does breakthrough bleeding always mean that your pill isn't strong enough for you? What about if you are experiencing it after being on the pill almost a year?

Hey there!
That is a great question! I know my "spotting" lasted a while once going on the pill. But after about 1 year that stopped. So you might need to give it more time. I don't know if spotting means that the hormone concentration in the pill is too low... I'll be on the look out in this thread and see if someone else has more expertise! :bouncing:

Well i am on OTC LO to begin with! So i am worried that might make it less effective if am experiencing bleeding still sometimes..and if its not strong enough for me.
