I am a 23 year old female and I have dealt with extremly irregular periods my entire life, sometimes I'll only have 1 normal cycle a year,if any,for most of those years I was overeating and eating mainly junk food,as a result my weight ballooned up to 400 pounds, but recently I started a diet and I have lost 72 pounds, but my cycle has not returned,I know that I don't have PCOS because I don't exhibit any of the symptoms,I am really, really distressed about this because I'm getting married this fall and I want to get pregnant, but I am terrified that I will never be able to have a child,I'm eating very healthy now so I don't understand it

I'm not sure if my diet is the cause or not,I know just before I got my first period and afterwards I was obese and I ate nothing but junk food including very few vegetables, right now I'm on a vegetarian diet but I am still quite overweight even though I lost 72 pounds,I know that I don't have PCOS because I have had many blood tests and nothing unusual was found, plus I have none of the symptoms,my sex drive and desire is normal and so is my vaginal moisture and discharge,in fact my mucus even goes through changes every month that suggests ovulation, but I never get my period:confused: This is so weird! I think this is all caused by a lack of vitamins and nutrition, but I'm still jittery about it:confused:
