Hello,

I haven't heard about that, I'm sorry that your son is on 3 different BP medications. I have read that Potato contains a compound called Kukoamines which lowers blood pressure. This compound is found in some chinese herbal which is used to lower blood pressure. I eat it daily now, of course boiled not fried.

I know that there are many different food that can help us to lower our blood pressure levels. In fact, I can't stand the idea that I will take more than 1 medication for my blood pressure.

Good luck,
Michael

Hey Michael I took your advise and joined!

Maybe this will help about "cayenne pepper" http://www.jcrows.com/cayenne.html
Although one must get all facts about herbs, and even then, take it with a "grain of salt(substitute)":jester:
